Sweet DIY Delight: Hershey's Kiss Valentine's Day Craft

Valentine's Day is the perfect occasion to express love and creativity, and what better way to do that than with a delightful Hershey's Kiss craft? Get ready to embark on a sweet journey of crafting that combines the joy of creating with the deliciousness of Hershey's Kisses. This easy and fun project is suitable for all ages, making it an ideal activity for families, classrooms, or just a cozy evening at home.

Need a cute gift for Valentine's day? Here's a super simple craft I did with my class.  

Materials Needed:

  • Hershey's Kisses (variety of colors)
  • Construction paper or cardstock (assorted colors)
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Markers 
  • Optional: Googly eyes, stickers, ribbons, or other embellishments

First, I had my students cut out Hershey Kiss shaped card stock. 

Next, the students glued the card stock to a piece of tin foil and folded the extra tinfoil over the back. 

Then, we added googly eyes, a mouth, arms, legs, and a heart with the students name. 


Lastly, I bought heart bags from the dollar store and 2 bags of Hershey kisses. I stapled the bag on to the back of each craft on the two bottom corners and one staple at the top.  I added about 11 Hershey kisses to each bag since I have 22 students. 

That's it! A simple, cute, and inexpensive craft for Valentine's Day!  Please follow my blog and my TPT account for other cute ideas.

Who knows what the fox actually says? Maybe you can ask him while making this adorable fox craftivity!  I came up with the idea to create the best bulletin board collaboration!  I had to get rid of my winter bulletin boards because  I was sick of snow and cold and very ready for spring and warm weather.   With warmer weather and spring come baby animals, which includes one of my favorite animals... the fox!  Baby foxes are the cutest ever!   Since March is all about Reading, I mashed a bunch of idea together and came up with some pretty cool bulletin boards. Safari / Jungle Theme

This year I will be using a Jungle/Safari theme in my classroom!  I cannot wait!  Last year, I was a maternity leave replacement in Kindergarten and did a rainforest theme!  The room came out extremely cute!  I cant wait to even make it better this year, since this will be my own classroom! Last year in my rainforest classroom, I had some really great touches which added character to the room!  I really went over the top and the parents and students loved it!  My welcome board The Jungle / Safari bodies can now be found  HERE due to popular demand. I found the large safari hat at AC Moore.  It is made of foam and is easy to staple up. The tree was made from a large carpet tube and brown paper bags.  I went to Home Depot and asked if they had any carpet tubes.  They are usually glad to give you any they have! Beach theme classroom complete

spent hours and hours setting up my beach theme classroom and I am so happy with the results.  Take a look! My door: Outside bulletin board: Get these ADORABLE beach bodies HERE Class rules and essential questions: Meeting area: Behavior board: Outside bulletin board with student work: Job board and schedule: Since I lack bulletin boards I used my metal closet. I used colorful duck tape as a border around fadeless paper. I used magnets on paper pockets to display the jobs.  Students faces were put on Popsicle sticks to make switching jobs easy.  Get the schedule cards HERE I built shelves for my lockers since I have kindergarteners and need to put 3 students in each locker.  I used magnetic borders on the side of a filing cabinet to place a pocket chart.
